Na Youn Lee
Na Youn has a broad background in healthcare and became a Registered Massage Therapist (College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia). Prior experience includes being a registered Physiotherapist in Korea (Korean Physiotherapy Association) and earning a Bachelor of Science in 2007. She also was a personal trainer and holds certifications as both a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.

As an honours graduate in Registered Massage Therapy from VaCC, she now focuses on relieving pain and stress and restoring proper posture and mobility. She has also completed advanced training in perinatal massage.
​
Na Youn employs a variety of techniques like Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, joint mobilizations, and stretching to address various conditions.
​
Outside of work, she enjoys hobbies such as camping, exercising, waterskiing, and exploring the scenic beauty of British Columbia.

Charissa Li
Charissa’s journey into massage therapy was driven by a deep passion for health and wellness. With a background in both the health industry and IT, she gained firsthand knowledge of the postural stress caused by prolonged sitting and standing.
​
A graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College, Charissa is now a proud member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. Practicing in Burnaby, she is committed to helping her clients relieve pain, improve mobility, and prevent injuries, so they can return to their daily lives feeling their best.
​
Beyond her practice, Charissa enjoys staying active. She previously played badminton for her school at the provincial level and was a soccer referee for over eight years. She also values cultural diversity and enjoys communicating with people from all backgrounds. Fluent in English, and conversational in Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is happy to provide care in any of these languages. Charissa is also an avid foodie and in her free time, you can find her trying new bubble teas and exploring various cultural events. Please let her know if you have any bubble tea recommendations!

Shaun L
Shaun is a dedicated student of Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), currently completing his training with a focus on therapeutic and relaxation techniques. Passionate about the healing power of touch, Shaun combines his growing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and hands-on therapy to help clients relieve tension, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, he is developing a compassionate, client-centered approach—tailoring each session to individual needs while fostering a safe and calming environment. Whether supporting injury recovery, improving mobility, or promoting deep relaxation, Shaun is committed to helping others feel their best.

As he continues to refine his skills, Shaun looks forward to becoming a licensed RMT and contributing to his community through skilled, mindful bodywork.
