-
Hydration: Drink water before your session to keep your muscles hydrated and promote better circulation during the massage.

During Your Appointment

After Your Appointment
-
Post-Session Care: It's common to feel relaxed or even a bit fatigued after a massage. Plan for some downtime afterward. Drinking water post-session can help with rehydration and support your body's recovery process.
-
Comfort: Communicate with your therapist about pressure levels, room temperature, or any discomfort during the session. Your comfort is paramount.

ADDITIONAL TIPS
Health Conditions: Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries. This ensures the massage is tailored to your needs and is safe.
Feedback: Don't hesitate to provide feedback during or after the session. This helps your therapist adjust techniques to better suit you in future sessions.
By following these guidelines, you'll be well-prepared for your first massage therapy appointment, setting the stage for a beneficial and relaxing experience.
